The JIB Box Connected is compatible with most Apple and Android phones and internet routers. In general, your smart phone must be a compatible Apple device that is working on iOS versions 12 or greater, or a comparable Android device; and your wifi router needs to be a minimum of 2.4 GHz and be password protected with WPA2 encryption.
